How to ask:
Simply fill out the form below with the relevant contact details and your book information. From there, I will get in touch with you via email.
Who can ask:
Anyone. As long as you have a book for me to read and are happy to provide me a copy, you can put your details down below.
What will I read?
I’ll pretty much read and review anything. Horror, romance, action, science fiction, LGBTQI, erotica, chick lit etc. I only ask that you send me completed pieces of work and that they are in English.
Please note: I reserve the right to refuse to review a book if I feel it is not acceptable. I also reserve the right to turn down books that I don’t believe I could read and review successfully.
What won’t I read?
- Later books in a series if I haven’t read the first ones. (Don’t send me book 3 if I haven’t read books 1 & 2 already!)
- Christian and other religious fiction
- Most memoirs
- Non-fiction
- Unfinished manuscripts
- Poetry
I don’t believe I can accurately review these genres.
What formats will I accept books in?
You can always send me paperbacks, but that does get quite expensive when dealing with postage to Australia.
I prefer to read .epub files for my kindle. Gifting on Amazon works, and gifting through Smashwords is another option.
I will not read PDF files, as they can have formatting issues when viewing them on the kindle.
What happens if I can’t finish your book?
I will contact you. I will also shelve your book in my ‘couldn’t finish’ shelf on GoodReads. To date, in all my years of reading, I have only placed a small number books on that shelf, it is not something I do regularly.
NOTE: The quickest way to end up on this list is to not edit your book before sending it to me.
How long will it take me to read it?
Well how long is a piece of string? If you want to keep up with my TBR list, you can see it on my GR profile. That should give you an idea of how your book is progressing.
